Cassell Moore expand again with appointment in wills, trusts and probate
Liverpool law firm, Cassell Moore, has bolstered its wills, trusts and probate team with the appointment of Lauren Killilea, who joins as a senior associate solicitor.
Lauren has 17 years post-qualification experience with leading national and regional law firms. She specialises in wills, trusts and estate planning and during her career has acted for Camelot Lottery Winners and individuals on the Sunday Times “Rich List”.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly. Recognised as a leading practitioner in this field she has contributed articles to the Private Client Adviser Journal and the Trusts & Estates Law Journal.
Lauren is also highly experienced in advising on: estate administration; tax planning; powers of attorney and the Court of Protection.
