CBRE secured the sale of Pioneer 210, a cross–docked industrial distribution facility comprising 210,000 sq ft, on behalf of Goodman, to the Local Authorities’ Property Fund

Industrial property group Goodman has disposed of a large warehouse/distribution facility at Pioneer Business Park in Ellesmere Port.

CBRE secured the sale of Pioneer 210, a cross–docked industrial distribution facility comprising 210,000 sq ft, on behalf of Goodman, to the Local Authorities’ Property Fund, a client fund managed by CCLA, for an undisclosed sum.

Built in 2007, Pioneer 2010 was recently fully refurbished, work which included the installation of a completely new warehouse floor. Goodman instructed CBRE to find a buyer for the property in April 2019.

Upon expiry and during the refurbishment the unit was almost immediately let to Novar ED&S (part of Honeywell International Inc) on a new 10 year lease. CBRE acted on behalf of Goodman and B8 Real Estate acted on behalf of CCLA.

Pioneer Business Park is located in a well-established business location close to the M53. Access to the property is available via North Road from J7 and J8 of the motorway, or via Poole Hall Road. Neighbouring occupiers at the Park include Regatta, Scania and SPL International.
