Hot on the heels of its launch last week, Marketing Liverpool welcomes Irish media to the city to celebrate the launch of the new Aer Lingus Dublin-Liverpool route from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
Organised in association with Marketing Liverpool and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Aer Lingus has targeted Irish media to experience the best of Liverpool with an action packed two-day itinerary showcasing the best of our great city.
Writers from The Herald, Irish Daily Star, Irish Daily Mail and Sunday World will be treated to a whistle stop tour visiting Anfield, the Cathedrals, the Tate and Waterfront – experiencing Liverpool at its best.
The Irish market remains the largest overseas visitor market for the Liverpool City Region, with over £100,000 inbound visitors each year. Media visits such as this are a key way of ensuring this market continues to grow.
