A trading estate in north Liverpool’s docklands is now fully let after the final unit was taken by a coffee production and distribution business.

Neighbourhood Coffee Company has signed a 10-year lease on a 3,232 sq ft unit at the Sandon Estate in Derby Road, which mean all 21 units are now occupied. Other tenants include Dulux, City Plumbing and BES Electrical.

Andrew Cox, industrial asset manager at LCP, which owns and manages the estate, said it was good news for the area that a growing business had moved to the popular location.

“With everything we have experienced this year, with the coronavirus pandemic, it’s great that this popular industrial estate continues to attract ambitious businesses that are keen to locate to The Sandon Estate,” he said.

LCP appointed Mason Owen and Partners to market the final unit on the estate which has units ranging in size from 2,700 sq ft to 5,600 sq ft. Louis Holt, chartered surveyor at Mason Owen added: “We are delighted to see the voids fill up on this popular estate.

“Its location and specification has proven to be extremely desirable for local businesses over the last couple of years and it was pleasing to be able to assist another client in achieving their full rental potential.”
