An office building in Liverpool city centre is to undergo a refurbishment after changing hands.
Dale House in Dale Street has been sold to asset management firm Madre Holdings. The vendor, who is not revealed, sold the property via property consultancy Fisher German, which merged with Matthews & Goodman in 2022.
According to Companies House, the two directors of Madre Holdings are Joshua Braithwaite and Luke Braithwaite. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Comprising 6,000 sq ft of office space across four floors above a ground-floor retail unit, Dale House will see its office space refurbished along with the reception area. There will be new windows, carpets, and LED lighting installed.
Gabriel Davies of Fisher German, who negotiated the sale, said: “Office space in the centre of Liverpool is proving more and more popular, and we are seeing a lot more activity from purchasers and occupiers.

“Dale House is such an attractive building, located in a thriving part of the city, surrounded by ample local amenities.
“We have noticed that many tenants are seeking offices with higher-quality accommodation, and the market is shifting to reflect this with landlords refurbishing offices to ensure they attract the best tenants.
“After a long period of uncertainty for the Liverpool city centre office sector, it is great to see the market moving forward once again and we are excited to see just how good Dale House will be once the fit-out is complete.”
