Developer Castleforge Partners is this week offering 70,000 sq ft of office space in Liverpool’s Royal Albert Dock.

Castleforge says the accommodation at the Grade I-listed Edward Pavilion has been refurbished to grade A standard. It will be officially launched to the market on Thursday this week, offering suites from 2,000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft.

Dating back to the 19th century, Edward Pavilion boasts impressive barrel-vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork, raised floor and cast iron columns that give the inside space incredible character. Castleforge acquired the site in December 2017 and shortly afterwards began work on the scheme.

Rachael Pittaway, from Castleforge Partners, said:  “The redevelopment of Edward Pavilion has been an incredibly exciting project. We have keen to build upon the original structure and features the building boasts in order to create a unique environment that people are proud to work from.

“Since announcing our plans, we have been inundated with interest and so we expect space to be snapped up quickly, therefore, we encourage anyone looking to start their business journey, or to relocate to bigger space, to contact the team to find out more.”

In April 2019, it was announced serviced office provider Clockwise would be the first occupier at the project. Clockwise will cater to businesses of all kinds, ranging from freelancers to SMEs, whilst also regularly hosting networking events and conferences.

The launch event, taking place on Thursday, June 27, 4pm-6pm, is open to any businesses, large or small, looking to relocate to the development. Agent for the scheme is Worthington Owen. Register to attend here.
