Two solicitors, specialising in commercial property have joined the team at Liverpool and Chester law firm DTM Legal

DTM Legal has recruited two new commercial property solicitors to add to its team which is based across Liverpool and Chester.

Kate Pritchard, formerly of Beswicks joins with a wealth of landlord and tenant, utilities, retail and transactional experience. Stephen Yardley, a senior associate, joins the firm from Jolliffe’s.

Offering experience in acquisitions, disposals, refinance projects, development work and providing assistance on corporate transactions, Kate said, “I am looking forward to the opportunity to advise and support DTM Legal’s established and entrepreneurial clients across the North West.”

Stephen has expertise in the utilities sector, infrastructure, secured lending, landlord and tenant. He has worked with a wide range of clients from global utilities companies, regional leisure facilities operators to international banks.

He said: “I am really pleased to be working for DTM Legal and to work with clients across Chester and the North West. Their property department is really growing and I am happy to be part of that growth”.
