Liverpool city centre’s newest hotel is set to open at the end of November and the owners have offered the first look at the ‘stylish’ rooms.

Urbanista is a £500,000 investment in Bold Street by Evolve Property Group and will comprise 19 rooms. It will be operated by Voya Hotels and guests will also offer access to a ‘doggy creche’ in the city.

The property has undergone a major transformation and has been finished in elegant grey and white hues. It will offer eight king rooms, two double rooms, two mini suites, a premier suite and four quad suites.

It will also be home to a Wild Corner suite and a Secret Garden suite – both of which have private courtyards. The new images reveal the range of contemporary fixtures and fittings in the rooms.

Urbanista has teamed up with a number of commercial partners to offer extra services to its guests. An established doggy creche, Tails In The City, will provide accommodation for canine guests while Kinsella Executive Travel will offer luxury transfers.

It has also partnered with Delta Taxies and parking provider, Just Park, as well as nearby restaurants including Ropes and Twines, Slim’s Bold Street, Bold Street Coffee, Salt Dog Slims, 81 Ltd, El Bandito and Santa Chupitos.

David Colebourne, owner of Urbanista, said: “We’ve been on such an exciting journey building and creating Urbanista, and it’s almost ready to open at the end of November. Adding the last touches and making sure that we achieved an elegant finish was our priority.

“I’m confident that we’ve created a luxurious venue that is welcoming for all guests whether that be couples, groups of friends, families or those travelling to Liverpool on business. We’re delighted to be welcoming our first guests next month and have some great plans for the hotel in the pipeline.”
