Two lawyers have jumped ship from Liverpool law firm Hill Dickinson to join Southport-based Fletchers Solicitors.
Vicki Capper specialises in brain and spinal cord clinical negligence injuries and Amy Moylan was recognised in the Legal 500 2024 as a ‘key lawyer’ in the medical negligence field. Both did defendant work at Hill Dickinson and will now represent claimants.
“Fletchers has a strong reputation as a fast growing and progressive law firm which made it stand out as an attractive place to further develop my career,” said Vicki.
“I was also very impressed by the team dynamic, and it is clear that Fletchers values and takes pride in their lawyers. It’s an exciting time to be joining the business and I’m really looking forward to making my mark here.”
Amy added: “The opportunity to help and support the most vulnerable people who often have no-one else to turn to in their hour of need was a key factor in my choosing to change the direction of my career in this way.”
Alison Flaherty, partner and head of clinical negligence serious injury at Fletchers, added: “We are determined to look across the whole sector to find the best talent for our clients.
