UK flooring supply specialist Headlam Floorcoverings invests more than £300,000 to open a new 500,800 sq ft in Wirral. Tony McDonough reports

Headlam Floorcoverings has invested more than £300,000 in a new 500,800 sq ft trade-only counter at Bromborough in Wirral.

The Haldon Thompsons trade counter is located at Magazine Point in Bromborough within a mile of other key trade outlets in the area.

Headlam customers will have access to a range of floor coverings, tools, and accessories. These include specialist brands such as Ardex, Mapei, Bostik, and F. Ball, as well as carpet brands such as Sierra, Everyroom, and Lifestyle Floors.

Luke Burden, trade counter manager, said, “We are delighted to welcome all Wirral trades to the counter and share our knowledge and experience with our customers.

“The team here at Haldon Thompsons has over 40 years’ experience within the flooring industry. There isn’t a flooring problem we can’t solve.”

Luke, who has nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry, added: “We have thousands of products on our shelves and a national network to get next-day delivery on even more, including carpets and vinyl cut to your requirements.

“We take orders in person, over the phone and via the MyHeadlam APP. You can open an account or pay cash. You can even get a free hot drink.”

The Haldon Thompsons trade counter is open from 7am. to 4pm Monday to Friday.
