The final units of the scheme were taken by Evri, units six and seven, extending to 15,081 sq ft.
Anthony O’Keefe of LM6 said: “This has been a highly successful refurbishment scheme securing six new tenants before practical completion of the building work, achieving rents between £8 and £8.50 per sq ft.
“The scheme provides high quality refurbished units with generous yard areas and these strengths together with the superb transport links provided a solid base for the success of the scheme.”
