Four new hires at Liverpool architect
Liverpool architect Falconer Chester Hall adds four people its team to support its work on a number of major projects
Falconer Chester Hall (FCH) has announced the arrival of four new team members.
Last month LBN revealed the Liverpool-based architectural practice had secured five new contracts on schemes with a total development value of £300m. This means the firm is now working on £1.5bn worth of projects.
As a result FCH is growing its headcount. Alex Brammer has joined as an associate and is now working as part of a team delivering the One Park Lane project in the city for Legacie Developments.
Ivan Donchev has joined as a senior architectural technician and is working with the team on the Jubilee House project in Stratford.

Sol Kleese joins as a senior architect and will be working on the One Park Lane project in Liverpool. Adchana Sivaram joins the firm’s London studio as an architect.
“All four of our new colleagues bring a really interesting set of skills and experience to the team and they each asked to jump right in at the deep end, which is great,” said FCH managing director Adam Hall.
“We have a number of substantial projects underway across the country and these appointments will help us ensure our capacity matches demand.”
