Foursquare Group  is a hospitality health and safety consultancy that was founded in 2019 and has now welcomed two new non-executive directors to its board

Hospitality health and safety consultancy has announced two new appointments to the board its Liverpool-based business.

Foursquare Group was founded in 2019 and has enjoyed two years of growth securing local clients including Maray, Leaf and The Art School. It’s services have been in particular demand during the COVID-19 pandemic as hospitality outlets looked to make sure they were COVID-safe.

Now it has welcomed Simon Taylor and Louise Kissack to its board, appointments its says will allow it to move into new markets and offer additional services. New areas to be targeted include HR, data protection and growth strategies. Both join as non-executive directors. 

Mr Taylor has worked at executive level for brands such as New Look, N Brown Group and Osprey London. He will help Foursquare Group break further into the retail market. Ms Kissack, who also has high-level experience in hospitality working for brands such as McDonalds and Costa Coffee, will focus on Foursquare’s customers.

Foursquare founder, Liam Jones, said: “We have exciting plans to grow our business significantly over the coming years but as we do that, our priority is to remain as customer focussed as the day we started.

“In order to do that we need to understand our customers inside out and Louise and Simon, both specialists in their fields, will provide us with the insight and strategy to do just that.”
