Property investors Glenbrook has completed a refurbishment of an industrial building at No 1 Dock Road in Wallasey.

Work included the removal of the previous occupier’s plant and fittings, installation of a new roof and cladding to the elevations, new roller shutter loading doors and full refurbishment throughout. Glenbrook acquired the property in summer 2019.

Occupying a 1.09-acre site, the detached warehouse comprises 22,505 sq ft of office and industrial accommodation. The property is located in the Seacombe area of Wallasey fronting Dock Road which connects Birkenhead town centre to Junction 1 of the M53 motorway. The Wirral Waters Development and the East Float Dock runs parallel to Dock Road.
