Fast-growing occupational health specialist Kays Medical is looking to recruit more staff and will hold an open day this month at its Liverpool headquarters.

Kays Medical, which has been in business for almost four decades and is now a leader in its sector, has vacancies for sales and service advisors, an appointment setter, a commercial assistant and a receptionist.

It will be holding an open day on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at its Speke base at 1 Windward Drive, Estuary Commerce Park, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8QR, starting at 9.30am.

On arrival those attending will hear a welcome speech offering an overview of the Kays Medical business followed by members of the team talking about their roles. Candidates will then be given an opportunity to talk to the team in more detail.

This will be followed by an assessment process for potential employees which will comprise a 10-minute telephone role-play, a shortlisting of successful applicants, a 45-minute interview and then right-to-work checks where people will be asked for two named references.

Candidates who successfully pass the interview will be offered the role (subject to satisfactory references). To book your place on the day click here.

Kays Medical moved into its purpose-built premises in December 2017 after outgrowing its previous home in Shaw Street.

Ben Ludzker, Managing Director –  from Kays said: “We are looking for ambitious and highly-motivated individuals to join what is one of the most dynamic businesses in Merseyside. In return we offer a competitive salary, great benefits and, most importantly, a springboard to a potentially rewarding career in our business.

“We have a number of senior managers in the business who joined us via entry-level roles and were offered the space and encouragement to grow in the jobs and aspire to executive positions in the business which continues to go from strength to strength.”
