Around 200 businesses as well as private and public sector leaders will gather in Liverpool this spring for a major conference and summit to discuss the city region’s future.
The free event at ACC Liverpool on Tuesday, May 8, will see a high-profile panellists discuss entrepreneurship and future proofing and there will also be an exhibitor showcase of local businesses.
It will be hosted by broadcaster and political editor at ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Ranvir Singh and the main sponsor will be Barclays.
Asif Hamid, chair of the Liverpool City Region LEP said: “The city region is at an exciting stage in its regeneration and this, our first annual conference, provides a great opportunity to discuss key issues and showcase the future opportunities that can accelerate our growth.
“The conference is free to attend and will allow key stakeholders and all those interested in the city region to network, debate and hear first-hand from significant key note speakers and panellists.
“The exhibition side will provide a showcase for local businesses and a great networking space for delegates. It should be a landmark event for the city region and I encourage everyone interested in taking part to register as soon as possible.”
