ICE Creates appoints Director of Organisational Development and Transformation
ICE Creates has appointed Jane Cryer as Organisational Development and Transformation Director to develop and support leadership change for its client base.
Cryer joins from the Health Advisory within Capita, where she was Director for Leadership Development & Organisational Change for eight years. Prior to that, Cryer worked in a range of senior management and leadership roles within the NHS across the country.
She brings extensive experience leading organisational transformation programmes for clients and clinical directors within NHS hospital trusts and clinical commissioning groups, including leadership development, change management and executive coaching.
Cryer says:

North West based ICE Creates works with public sector clients including NHS trusts, clinical commissioning groups and local authorities, as well as housing associations and leading pharmaceutical companies.
