Law firm invests to digitise its operations

Based in Liverpool, specialist property law firm JB Leitch is investing in new technology to accelerate the digitisation of its business. Tony McDonough reports

Specialist property law firm JB Leitch is accelerating its push to digitise its business by investing in new communications and IT infrastructure.

Founded in 1997, the firm has a range of commercial clients including residential freehold investment and block management companies. In works on behalf of some of the UK’s largest institutional landlords.

It recently retained its Tier 3 status in the Legal 500 rankings and is now undergoing a digital transformation. It has unveiled a new branding and website alongside a number of innovations to improve its client experience.

The branding and site development follow the successful launch of the IDentify brand and website for online ID verification, led by JB Leitch Real Estate, and an online client learning platform, JBL Learn.

Each of these projects are part of an ongoing programme of development that will see further extension of digital services within the current year.  Business owner and principal solicitor, Jonathan Leitch, said: “The last two years have amply demonstrated the growing importance of digital engagement in every aspect of our lives.
