A leading North West family lawyer has joined MSB Solicitors in Liverpool.

Pippa Tudor originally completed her training as a solicitor at MSB but for the past five years has worked for Russell & Russell Solicitors in Chester. She has established herself as one of Cheshire’s top divorce and children lawyers.

She joins MSB, based at No 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool city centre, as an associate solicitor. She will focus on divorce and complex financial disputes, including issues such as marital breakdown and cohabitee separation, as well as children issues that arise from relationship breakdowns.

Ms Tudor is also member of Resolution, where she is accredited with particular specialism in complex financial remedies and domestic abuse. MSB’s award-winning Family team has built a strong reputation in the Liverpool city region and last year acquired rival PMC Family Law.

It has also added Dan Pierce to its family law team. He joins as a legal executive. Having previously worked at Paul Crowley Solicitors, Mr Pierce is a children practitioner who brings to the team a wealth of experience in cases with social services involvement.

Emma Palmer, partner and head of family at MSB, said: “Our family team has been growing over a number of years and this year, we have seen the needs of our communities change as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, with an increase in a number of issues such as domestic abuse, divorce and childcare issues.

“This increase in demand, not only in volume but in complexity of cases, has led to us finding new ways of adapting to ensure we can continue to serve the needs of the Liverpool city region.

“Both Pippa and Dan bring with them a huge amount of experience to help bolster our team, ensuring we can continue to deliver the very best services to our clients, whatever their needs.”
