Liverpool Chamber unveils its annual awards shortlist

Liverpool Chamber of Commerce has announced the nominees for its annual dinner and awards, with six categories recognising businesses and individuals.

The Liverpool Chamber Annual Dinner and Awards with headline sponsors Turkish Airlines, will be held at Anfield, home of Liverpool Football Club on Thursday, November 14. Victoria Grimes, reporter and presenter at BAFTA winning ITV Granada Reports will host the evening.

Keynote speaker will be Karen Blackett, UK country manager for WPP, the worlds largest marketing services group and is chairwoman of MediaCom, the biggest media agency in the UK.

Paul Cherpeau, chief executive of Liverpool Chamber, said:This year’s Liverpool Chamber Awards celebrates those businesses, large and small, who are delivering dynamic and sustainable economic growth across the Liverpool city region.

“Many of our local businesses continue to achieve great success across a wide range of areas, strengthening both their competitive advantage, profitability and sustainability.”
