Liverpool digital business The Lead Agency has launched a new website for its Car Keys division, an online information resource for people buying new cars.
The site – carkeys.co.uk – has grown rapidly in the past two years and the firm says it has become a “go-to” destination for car buyers and enthusiasts alike.
It includes news, features, video reviews and guides with the aim of helping people to explore their options and easily identify the vehicles that best meet their needs.
With its user base growing quickly, the Car Keys team undertook a full review and in-depth research to plan a complete rebuild and redesign of the website.
They claim the end result is a faster, user-friendly experience optimised for all device types – particularly mobile, which is the source of more than half of all traffic to the platform.
Acting editor Ryan McElroy said: “Our new site is now multi-device friendly, with bespoke interfaces designed specifically for use on mobile and tablet, as well as on desktop.
“It is faster to load than ever before and features a much-improved user journey, so users will find easier to access all of our great features.
Car Keys is owned and managed by The Lead Agency, a specialist in connecting in-market consumers with products and services that fulfil their wants and needs.
Its approach has helped some of the biggest names in automotive to grow their customer base, including BMW, Mini, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and Škoda.
As well as its hard office at 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool city centre the firm also has offices in London and the US.
The Car Keys website features video reviews pulled in via its You Tube channel which has more than 45,000 subscribers and has attracted in excess of 26m views to date.
