Liverpool food and drink market adds extra day

Duke Street Food and Drink Market in Liverpool city centre is opening an extra day a week from next week.
From Tuesday April 12, the popular venue now open Tuesday to Sunday, and is offering diners 20% off all food and drink on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout April with the discount code DSMGIFT20.
Usually, exclusive discounts and midweek offers can only be found from Duke Street Market’s Instagram page, or through signing up to its mailing list. The outlet is home to six operators – Cuban Cahita, Cucina Di Vincenzo, Ginger, Kelp, Bone & Block and Big Lolas.

Visitors will also find a coffee and speciality wine kiosk with fresh pastries and cakes and an annexe bar serving beers, soft drinks and cocktails, all with 20% off every Tuesday. Duke Street Market is open from 12 noon until late and is both family and dog-friendly.
Lee Bannon-Smith, general manager of Duke Street Food and Drink Market, said: “We’ve been experiencing incredibly busy periods at the market, and midweek we’ve enjoyed a really nice, bustling atmosphere.
“After many requests to open on Tuesdays, we’ve decided to welcome our guests six days a week from April 12 and, as a warm welcome and huge thank you to our loyal guests, we’re throwing in 20% off all food and drink every Tuesday throughout April.”
