Liverpool city centre hotel INNSiDE Liverpool to offer ‘doggy hampers’ in response to 75% rise in guests checking in with their canine companions. Tony McDonough reports
In the past year the city centre INNSiDE Liverpool hotel has seen a 75% increase in guests checking in with their dogs – so now it is offering doggy hampers.
INNSiDE is teaming up with Liverpool-based natural treat lifestyle store for dogs, Natural Pet Shop, to offer two travel hampers for guest’s canine companions. The 207-bed Old Hall Street hotel is also offering branded dog treats for all pooches on arrival.
With the increase in pet stays over the past year, INNSiDE recognised the demand from owners needing items for their dogs during their stay. These include treats, toys and dog wipes.
So, The Pamper Hamper and The Long Weekend Hamper are now both available to purchase from a kiosk at the hotel.
Natural Pet Shop has also created a bespoke birthday box for dogs celebrating their special day at INNSiDE Liverpool. Specially curated Natural Pet Shop hampers are available for pre-order.
The Pamper Hamper, which costs £23.50, contains a Pampering Nose & Paw Balm, Baby Powder Fragrance, Nature’s Paws Rope Tugger, Travel Pack Dog Wipes and Calming Treats – a healthy treat for dogs.
An extension to the Pamper Hamper, the Long Weekend Hamper contains products including Pampering Nose & Paw Balm, Baby Powder Fragrance, Collapsible Bowl, Travel Pack Dog Wipes, ‘Made From’ Lick Mat, a Llama Plush Toy, Pate/Peanut Butter and Box of Sausages. This retails at £47.
