Liverpool independent offers luxury hampers range
Coffee shop and wine bar Ropes & Twines in Liverpool says it aims to ‘spread some festive cheer’ during the COVID-19 lockdown with its personalised hamper service. Tony McDonough reports
Independent Liverpool coffee shop and wine bar Ropes & Twines has launched a selection of luxury hampers and a personalised hamper service ahead of the festive season.
As it looks to diversify during the latest lockdown, Bold Street-based Ropes & Twines says it aims to “spread some festive cheer” and is making the hamper available to order online.
With options including handcrafted, decadent chocolate bonbons, speciality tea, artisan coffee and bottles of carefully selected wines from all over the world, the hampers range from £38-£80, with free gift wrapping for hampers over £50.
The chocolate bonbons are available in dark, milk and white chocolate that are filled with various sumptuous flavours. Ropes & Twines has also launched a personalised hamper service where those purchasing the hampers can mix and match and select their favourite items to go inside.
Whorton, general manager of Ropes & Twines, said: “With lockdown imminent, we wanted to spread some festive cheer and our luxury Christmas hampers will make shopping from home, or in store until Wednesday, really easy.
“Our hampers are made up of luxurious items including speciality wines and artisan coffee from all over the world, plus our new handmade in house, decadent chocolate bonbons which come in an array of flavours.
“If you’d prefer, we can personalise your hamper and fill it with your favourites to make a perfect gift. Please shop small and local where you can this year, your independents need you.”
