Training firm Datalaw has unveiled a new leadership team as it celebrates 25 years in business.

Datalaw offers online courses to legal professionals across the UK and operates from a head office in Liverpool. In the last year the venture has seen 16 new recruits to the team and 150 new apprentices signed up to the graduate solicitor apprenticeship.

Now it has announced the company’s founder Charles Peter, as the new chief executive with commercial director Sean Brogan stepping up to the role of managing director.

Charles said: “It’s been a hugely successful time for the business culminating in the award of a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted following an inspection earlier this year. This recognition is testament to our team of experienced trainers and apprenticeship tutors.

“I’m proud of our achievement and know by putting in place the right management team now will ensure a successful future.”

“With the number of solicitors heavily weighted to the south, our learning programmes are a cost-effective way for firms to ensure access to high quality legal advice for their clients wherever they live in the country,” he explained.

“By continuing to innovate we are not only able to keep legal professionals updated as the industry evolves, but also to train the next generation of solicitors.”
