Liverpool’s 24 Queen Avenue set for major refurbishment

Leading property company Bruntwood is set to launch a significant new scheme within Queen Insurance Buildings in Liverpool’s commercial district.

The redevelopment work at 24 Queen Avenue will include a fully refurbished ground floor reception area, upgraded office specifications across a number of floors and enhanced internet connectivity throughout.

Queen Insurance Buildings is Grade-II listed and encompasses Queen’s Avenue, a stunning Victorian arcade that connects Castle Street and Dale Street and is home to several independent retail businesses.

Bryan Adams, managing director of integrated digital marketing agency Ph.Creative and an existing customer at 24 Queen Avenue, said:

“As a business that has expanded several times within this building, we are naturally delighted to see further investment being committed here.

“It will be  great to watch the new-look building come to life and we are looking forward to welcoming like-minded businesses as our new neighbours.”

Colin Forshaw, Bruntwood’s head of property in Liverpool, said:

“Queen Insurance Buildings is already taking huge strides forward on a number of levels, with plans for a new hotel to launch next year, a vibrant independent arcade and existing customers across the board looking to stay and expand.”

“We hope this latest scheme will help to add to its already eclectic mix of customers and provide a bright future for one of Liverpool’s finest buildings.”
