Frank Rogers Building Contractors says its “commitment to excellence and innovation” in the housing sector was a key factor in the firm winning a major award.

Liverpool-based Frank Rogers was named Contractor of the Year at Northern Housing Awards. As a medium-sized enterprise, the firm has demonstrated “exceptional capabilities” that rival those of larger industry players.

It said the Contractor of the Year award not only emphasises the company’s quality and reliability but also “showcases its ability to lead successful projects that significantly impact the local community”.

This award comes during an exciting time for the business as it has also been shortlisted for Family Business of the Year at the Employers Excellence Awards and Contractor of the Year at the North West Regional Construction Awards.

These nominations reflect the firm’s broad recognition across various sectors for its dedication to community values and family-oriented business practices.

“Being recognised as Contractor of the Year at the Northern Housing Awards is a significant achievement for us, especially given the stiff competition we faced,” said Dean Rogers, managing director at Frank Rogers Building Contractors.
