Mando and Pall-Ex on the road to digital product transformation
Mando Group have commenced work with new client Pall-Ex, the leading UK and European palletised freight distribution network, owned by Hilary Devey, businesswoman and former star of the BBC’s ‘Dragon’s Den’ TV show.
Mando will be working with Pall-Ex to define a new digital strategic vision for the business, assessing how they can deliver optimum customer experience through new and existing digital channels. This will not only service Pall-Ex’s network of UK-based hauliers, but also drive the network’s growth throughout the continent, where Pall-Ex Group’s expanding network of domestic partners provide distribution services between every European postcode.
Mando will be using their expertise and gaining a deep understanding of the industry in order to support Pall-Ex in the advancement of its forward-thinking digital strategy.
Pall-Ex is an award-winning provider of palletised freight distribution services throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. Founded in 1996, Pall-Ex has achieved huge growth through a membership network of more than 250 leading independent hauliers, who collaborate to provide cost-effective, consistent quality services.
