Supported living charity Options have launched its new website, developed by local digital agency Mashbo.

The Liverpool-based charity provides support to those with learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries, empowering them to live an independent life whilst still providing them with the support they need.

Mashbo, also based in Liverpool, have delivered a new website to reach more people that need Options’ help, and make Options’ services more accessible.

The new website features clearer navigation and a range of accessibility features.

Mashbo has also incorporated some of the existing features of the old website to assist Options with daily HR tasks, such as a secure staff login area.

Liz Martin, marketing and culture assistant at Options , said: “It was everything we had hoped for – brilliant design, strong brand, and easy to navigate.

“Along the way, the Mashbo team has communicated updates in a straightforward manner and have kept us in the loop with everything they were doing.

“The speed at which the team delivered the project was also excellent.

Gavin Sherratt, managing director at Mashbo, added: “We thoroughly enjoyed working with Options, a charity that goes above and beyond for those that they help on a daily basis.

“They see their service users as human beings rather than numbers on a spreadsheet.

“Genuine humanity and compassion is a key part of the values we hold here at Mashbo and to work with an organisation that shares this viewpoint was great.”
