Two industrial units in Widnes in the process of being refurbished are being brought to market by agents at Mason Owen.

The two adjoining units on Bold Industrial Estate, currently owned by the Freshwater Group of companies, are in the process of being fully refurbished, with works set to be completed by early December this year.

The premises, comprising 4,380 and 4,365 sq ft can be combined to create circa 7,750 sq ft of warehouse space. The offer with a designated yard area secured by palisade fencing and accessed via two double swing gates.

Refurbishment works to the units include a new roof, LED Lighting, toilet blocks, redecoration throughout and installation of electric roller shutter doors. Louis Holt of Mason Owen said: “Units such as these are becoming highly desirable.

“We’re seeing a flush of interest in the industrial market since the end of lockdown. Businesses are keen to snap up property to ensure their longevity, with the much-publicised speeding up of the movement from on-street retail to online shopping.”
