Property agents at Mason Owen in Liverpool have been instructed to market the leaseholds of eight industrial units in Wirral.
Located at Junction One Business Park in Birkenhead, the units total 59,000 sq ft. Mason Owen has already secured lettings for 18,500 sq ft and has a further 23,650 sq ft under offer on the estate.
