Winner Laurence Henry and fellow finalists Dean Banks, Oli Martin and Matthew Ryle will be showcasing their culinary talents at the event in Liverpool this month

The UK tour of pop-up fine dining events featuring the final four of MasterChef: The Professionals will take place at Liverpool’s Isla Gladstone Conservatory, on Monday, February 18.

Winner Laurence Henry and fellow finalists Dean Banks, Oli Martin and Matthew Ryle will be showcasing their culinary talents at the event. The ‘fantastic four’ tour, organised by Sauce Supper Club, features a four-course tasting menu.

Their competition rivalry is now firmly in the past as they work together as good friends, delighting their army of foodie fans.

Beth Toovey, owner of Sauce Supper Club, said: “The chefs all have a great rapport with their fans and it’s great to see everyone interacting at these special evenings. The food is, of course, the main event and guests have been wowed when tasting the exceptional dishes.”

The event at the Isla Gladstone is the first time Sauce Supper Club has brought one of their fine dining supper clubs to Liverpool.

Gemma McGowan, owner of the Isla Gladstone Conservatory, added: “We want our chefs to gain the skills to reach the top of the industry and working alongside Laurence, Dean, Oli and Matthew is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the experience of these top chefs.
