Specialist Liverpool city region property lender Bridging Finance Solutions is a finalist in two categories of a top industry awards

Merseyside specialist property lender Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) is shortlisted for two awards in the national Specialist Finance Introducer Awards.

Taking place in London on Friday, July 8, the awards recognise excellence in the UK property lending market. Wallasey-based BFS is the only northern business to make the shortlist.

It is shortlisted in the Development Lender of the Year and BDM/Relationship Manager of the Year categories. A team from BFS will travel to London for the awards. They will mix with industry colleagues and friends and discover the result.

BFS caters for smaller independent developers. It has successfully funded multiple developments throughout the UK. These range in value from £200,000 up to £3m, including self-build houses and apartment developments.   

The Specialist Finance Introducer Awards are returning for a seventh successive year in London. They are led by the team behind Mortgage Introducer. Steve Barber, managing director of BFS, said: “This is an important event within our industry and so of course it’s great to be recognised in this way.

“Seeing us make the shortlist in two separate categories is fantastic. It feels like a David and Goliath moment as we go head to head with UK bank lenders with considerable resources at their disposal.”
