The Merseyside Connected Business Support programme is reaching out to businesses who want to exploit modern business technology for commercial advantage.
This free service, funded by the European Regional Development Fund is timed to coincide with the roll-out of superfast broadband to businesses across the region.
It offers advice & support to eligible, high growth potential businesses to help them grow and create employment by making the most of business technology and the opportunities presented by super-fast broadband.
There are also free regular workshops to share knowledge amongst groups of like-minded business people who have a common goal in mind. This is an opportunity to discuss ideas and answer questions that benefit the whole group. Popular topics include web design with WordPress, search engine optimisation and pay-per-click advertising with Google AdWords
In addition, all businesses working with Merseyside Connected have the option to provide a short presentation as a free promotional opportunity for their services and products on the project.
