Metquarter owner Queensberry has secured two new lettings at the mall in Liverpool city centre.

Orthodontics chain Impress has opened a clinic offering private dentistry and Élan Laser Clinics has also taken a unit at Metquarter in Whitechapel. Both clinics are based on the lower ground floor of the centre.

Impress will provide removable aligners designed to treat overbites, crowding, and diastema. It uses the latest technology for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.

Daniel Brown, UK country manager for Impress, said: “At Impress, our mission is to provide our patients with an excellent experience of invisible orthodontics. We want to make it available to as many people as possible.”

Anna McCartney, founder of Élan, said: “Liverpool is my home city, and we are delighted that Metquarter is home to our Liverpool clinic. This joins our stable of Élan clinics already open in Leeds and Hale Barns. We have plans for a flagship in London on the horizon and another 45 clinics to open across England in the coming years.”

Alex Hyams, senior leasing and asset manager for Queensberry, said: “Impress and Élan opening brings two successful, state-of-the-art beauty services to Metquarter.

“These clinics provide yet another reason to visit the scheme. They further increase the range of activities which take place under Metquarter’s roof from morning until night alongside the Everyman Cinema, Liverpool Media Academy, boutique fashion retailers, the GPO food market and our City Spa to name a few.”
