MID Night Lounge offers the ultimate girls’ night out with Beauty Bar launch
Owners of the renowned celebrity haunt in Liverpool’s clubland invest £50,000 to create the Beauty and Blow Dry Bar with an extravagant VIP launch attended by a number of celebrities
Already the ‘place to be seen’, Liverpool’s MID Night Lounge is taking the girls’ night out to a whole new level with the launch of its Beauty and Blow Dry Bar.
Owners of the renowned celebrity haunt, located at 3 Victoria Street in the heart of the city’s clubland, have invested £50,000 in a refurbishment to equip the venue to offer an amazing VIP clubbing experience that includes complimentary makeovers and dry-styling.
Working in collaboration with local beauty brand, The Dolls House, the Beauty bar comprises eight fabulous ‘glam stations’ with a team of creative professionals on hand to perfect your look.
The Beauty Bar experience was unveiled in an extravagant VIP launch party last weekend with exclusive guest list of celebrities and industry influencers and those in attendance included Kendall Rae Knight, Gabby Allen, Darby & Taylor Ward, Hayley Hughes, Charlotte Dawson and Danielle Lloyd.
MID Night Lounge’s interior design team, headed by Beth Begg, has transformed the former club and bar space into a bold, bright and girly haven featuring bold logos, candy stripes, fun lip prints and beautiful white and gold furnishing. The giant lip shaped couch is a key feature of the new beauty spot – think Studio 54 meets Queen Kylie Jenner.
Located underneath a neon-lit cloud wall featuring MID Night Lounge’s iconic hashtag #ISITMIDNIGHTYET, it’s the perfect selfie spot.
Liverpool’s DJ Ian Longo was on the decks for the VIP night which also included live entertainment from female vocalist Clare Sophia, soulful sax & percussionists and lively bongo drummers. Charlotte Dawson also showcased her latest glam-inspired collection with her fashion label Fredafunk in a catwalk show during the evening.
The venue offers a team of mixologists, serving a range of new cocktails, wines, beers and a range of spirits. The room is dressed in MID night Lounge’s signature purple and gold colours, including a bespoke flower wall and selfie-booth, hanging balloon arches and beautiful blossom trees.
The mastermind behind the concept is businessman Karl Gwynn. He said: “We’re really excited to offer our customers a unique, memorable VIP clubbing experience. We want our guests to be pampered from start to finish and we hope that the Beauty Bar will add something extra special to their evening. Attention to detail is key to our vision and we promise our guests the highest level of service.”
