Mileway has secured two long-term lease agreements with industrial occupiers in Runcorn and Warrington.
Acting on behalf of Mileway, commercial property agents at B8 Real Estate (B8RE) have agreed deals with HTC Group in Runcorn and Midon Logistics in Warrington. Alex Perratt, associate director at B8RE, said: “It’s fantastic to see both leases complete.
“These transactions demonstrate the strong demand for good quality spaces in prime locations. Both timely lettings highlight the market’s resilience and the value of well-positioned properties.”
HTC Group, a food supplements and vitamins wholesaler, has taken occupancy of Fairoak 43, a unit in the Whitehouse Vale Industrial Estate comprising 43,000 sq ft. It will use the logistics and office space to supply customers across the UK and beyond.
3D Warrington South is the new headquarters of Midon Logistics, a global logistics service provider that stores, manages and distributes products to its customers around the world.

To facilitate the company’s continued expansion, the newly renovated 25,000 sq ft unit at the Warrington South Distribution Park features an integrated office area, large concrete yard and secure perimeter with a gated entrance.
