Financial advisors Elliot Fletcher and law firm SPG Law have taken office space on the fourth and seventh floors of the Chapel Street building

Millfield Estates has secured two new lettings at its Yorkshire House office buildng in Liverpool’s central business district.

Financial advisors Elliot Fletcher have signed a five-year lease for 1,583 sq ft of office space at £15 per sq ft on the fourth floor of the Chapel Street building. It joins PR agency Jayne Moore Media on the same floor which renewed its lease in late 2019.

And, with a presence already in London and the North West, SPG Law has taken the 2,313 sq ft seventh floor office, also at at £15 per sq ft,  a move that will see the firm housed there until at least 2024. 

Millfield Estates were represented by CBRE and Worthington Owen on both transactions. Paul Dobson, property director for Millfield Estates, said: “These latest lettings have reinforced the demand for the superb accommodation that this building offers.
