Mills Media Creative wins deal to manage Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards

Wirral media and events production agency Mills Media Creative has secured a deal to manage the 2020 Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards.
Taking place at Liverpool Cathedral on Thursday, May 14, 2020, the annual awards have become a showpiece event to celebrate Liverpool city region’s booming visitor economy, now worth almost £5bn a year and employing 57,000 people.
Following a competitive tender process, Mills Media Creative successfully pitched creative ideas, production concepts and branded show design to the Liverpool City Region Growth Company. The three-year deal will see its team manage the event until 2022.
It will provide a complete event management service for the project including PR & social media, nominations, judging, filming, photography, and live production at the Cathedral for the awards ceremony.

The visitor economy is at the heart of our region’s renaissance and what better way to say thanks than hosting an evening of celebration and fun.”
Visitor economy business from across the Liverpool city region will be invited to submit their entries for the 2020 awards in the next few weeks.
