Momentum Group appoints construction director 

Liverpool property services consultancy The Momentum Group has appointed a new director to lead its build division

Dan Lewis is the new construction director at The Momentum Group and will lead the fast-growing Liverpool’s property consultancy’s build division.

Momentum provides project, property and facilities management services alongside construction, fit out and refurbishment work in Liverpool, the North West and elsewhere in the UK.

Previously construction director at Manchester’s Medlock where he worked for nine years, Dan was also project director for its offshoot, Truman Design and Build in Bolton.

He started his career at Galliford Try in Warrington where he also studied for a construction project management degree at the University of Central Lancashire.

Projects Dan has led include the multi-million-pound refurbishment of the historic Hydro Hotel in Bowness on Windemere (now The Ro) and Blackpool’s chic new Boulevard Hotel under The Big One rollercoaster.

Dan, who leads a team of 15, said: “The Momentum Group is a dynamic set of companies with a desire to make a difference in the communities it operates and this fits very much with my own approach and ambition.
