Planners in Warrington have approved a six-storey residential development at a former bank in the town centre.

Property Developer Adam Jude of James Peacock Property aims to convert the former Lloyds Bank in Town Hill into 39 one and two-bedroom rental properties with basement parking.

The scheme will also include a roof garden. Mr Jude said: “The rooftop garden will be a wonderful addition to the town, encouraging nature to the area and provide an outdoor community space not seen in any previous Warrington development

“The aspirational homes will be situated on the site of a former bank, a stone’s throw from several train stations and the bus station, a perfect location for commuters to Liverpool and Manchester in 20 minutes and to London in just one hour 50 minutes.”

London Based interior designers Gunter and Co will be responsible for ensuring the apartments offer “cutting edge design”, of the same quality finish that saw the Kings Court development adjacent to the new build fully let within just a few months.

This is the latest development for experienced property development and investment company James Peacock Property who were behind Kings Court.
