Investment arm of Liverpool city region industrial developer Network Space sells two sites in deals worth more than £4m. Tony McDonough reports
Network Space Investments (NSI) has sold two industrial sites – one in Knowsley and in Skelmersdale – for more than £4m.
Acting on behalf of NSI, a division of developer Network Space, agents at B8RE secured the sale of the units after competitive bidding processes.
These assets included a 23,012 sq ft detached unit in Skelmersdale on a 3.2-acre site, let to RMD Kwikform, and a detached 12,072 sq ft detached unit in Knowsley occupied by Greenbridge Technology.
Tom Dawson, managing director at NSI, said: “In a challenging market, we are thrilled with the outcome of these recent disposals. We are eager to put those funds to good use and expand our portfolio.
“Our focus remains on single and multi-let industrial properties throughout the North. Whether its income generating assets, vacant assets, or estates with value-add and redevelopment potential.”
Edwards advised the purchaser on Skelmersdale and PK3 advised the purchaser on Knowsley. Both assets were sold to private individuals.
Joe Sinclair, associate director at B8RE, added: “We are delighted to complete the sale of these assets, bringing to a close a successful business plan for NSI.

“In what remains a challenging market, it’s great to reach such a successful conclusion in quick timeframes working alongside NSI and the other parties.”
