Networking club for PAs celebrates two successful years in Liverpool
The PA Hub describes itself as the leading networking group for assistants in the Liverpool city region and Yorkshire and was first established by Marion Lowrence and co-director Jon Lowrence in 2012
A networking club for personal assistant and secretaries is about to celebrate the second anniversary of its arrival in Liverpool.
The PA Hub describes itself as the leading networking group for assistants in the Liverpool city region and Yorkshire.
It organises 10 events annually in Liverpool which cover both training and social events for assistants and secretaries with events also held in Leeds and other Yorkshire locations.
In Liverpool in 2015, Freda Kelly, The Beatles Fan Club secretary, launched the city branch and over the past two years its membership and active network has flourished.
Its anniversary was celebrated at an event held at Liverpool’s Pullman Hotel next to Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Guest speaker was John Haynes from The International Coaching Academy, who is an expert in management and business.
Award-winning PA Marion Lowrence and co-director Jon Lowrence established The PA Hub in September 2012. Mr Lowrence said: “The PA is at the centre of many businesses and quite often the forgotten role within those companies.
“The PA Hub work to promote those in the profession and have a forum enabling them to meet on a regular basis in the city which in turn helps them to improve in their role.”
