New faces on LCR Digital and Creative board
A number of new appointments have been announced for the Liverpool City Region Digital and Creative board
A number of people have been appointed to the private sector-led Liverpool City Region Digital and Creative board.
Developed by the LCR Local Enterprise Partnership, the board is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance. Achievements already include shaping sector specific business support with the current offer being the Gather programme – a community hub for the industry.
Also, the development of a digital strategy, a soon to be launched tech accelerator and seed fund. The board is also proactive with events and communications to showcase the sector and share opportunities. Its new members are:
- Enda Carey, sector skills champion at Studio School – a specialist school for 14 to19-year-olds focused on creative and digital technologies.
- Zoe Gill, vice-president, consulting services at CGI, a Canadian-owned digital consultancy that has an office in Liverpool.
- Victoria Rodgers, chief people officer at Universally Speaking – an inward investee company servicing the global games market.
- Peter Denby, co- founder of Hyper Group – a data analytics company working in the retail sector.
