Property consultancy Matthews & Goodman has announced a new promotion in the valuation team at its office in Liverpool

Matthews & Goodman has promoted Tom Parry to associate in its Liverpool office.

Tom is a RICS registered surveyor and works within the valuation team in the Liverpool office of the commercial property consultancy. He has been with the firm since 2018 when he joined its graduate programme.

In the valuations team, Tom values commercial, residential, mixed-use and new build properties for the public and private sector in the North West with clients including local authorities, banks, SIPPs and SME property companies.
