Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management has secured new tenants at Manor Park Industrial Estate in Runcorn after a major refurbishment programme.

The work has now completed on units 1, 2 and 4 at Christleton Court, with pre-lets having been agreed for the latter two units, which offer more 30,000 sq ft in total accommodation.

Brunel Engineering Services has taken a 10-year lease on unit 2 and Style Matters, a bespoke furniture manufacturer, has agreed a five-year lease on unit 4. Style Matters are relocating from FIREM’s other Runcorn property, Astmoor Industrial Estate, due to its need for larger premises.

Unit 1, now available to let, offers 10,040 sq ft of fully refurbished industrial space, and is the last of this size available on the estate. Liverpool-based contractor Comm Commercial undertook the £400,000 refurbishment project.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “We are thrilled to welcome new businesses to Manor Park as well as supporting our existing tenants as they continue to grow and require larger space.

“Our investment and commitment to continually improve the facilities for our tenants has helped Manor Park become one of the most desirable warehouse locations in the North West.
