Nourish encouraging ‘Dry January’ fans to think long term

Online organic juice and nut milk company Nourish Natural Food is leading a campaign encouraging Dry January fans to think long term in their quest for wellness.

The company, based in Liverpool but now with a national following, wants to put to an end to “the flurry of interest in health that often subsides all too quickly in February.”

So says founder and managing director Peter Donoghue who treated his family’s health with a variety of juices and then became inspired to start Nourish.

“I’ve experienced first hand what a difference a three or five day cleanse can do for people’s wellbeing via my family both physically and mentally and we’ve placed great emphasis on researching all the ingredients we use to help others enjoy similar benefits.
