A division of outsourcing giant Capita Group has taken 6,158 sq ft of office space at 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool city centre.
Located on the corner of Chapel Street and Rumford Place, 20 Chapel Street is already home to a number of blue chip companies including Liverpool FC, Barclays, RSM, Orega, Mason Owen, and Appreciate Group.
Capita Pension Solutions is a provider of pension administration and consulting services. Some of the teams working on the recently launched Civil Service Pension Scheme contract will be based at 20 Chapel Street. They will be supporting more than 1.5m current and former public servants.
Chris Clements managing director at Capita Pension Solutions said: “The quality and location of this new office provide an exceptional collaborative working environment that will enable our colleagues to provide an excellent service to clients.”
This deal follows other recent lettings in the building to occupiers including Ridge & Partners and Link Group. Worthington Owen and CBRE represented the landlord Square Ape whilst Canning O’Neill represented the tenant.
