Peel Land & Property has appointed commercial agency Matthews & Goodman to market office space in Wirral at Tower Quays and Woodside Business Park.

Woodside House, a two-storey office space of just under 7,500 sq ft at the centre of Woodside Business Park, underwent a comprehensive refurbishment last year and is now part fully-fitted and part finished to a shell condition.

The accommodation is largely open plan but can easily be divided into smaller units. It also benefits from designated parking and a popular on-site café. Tower Quays, situated on Tower Road, contains both one and two storey modern office accommodation offering a variety of suite sizes, some of which have recently undergone refurbishment.

Shaune has worked on some of the world’s biggest blockbusters, including Harry Potter, Captain America, Star Wars, Game of Thrones and The Avengers and will now run a number of courses and seminars from his new premises on the banks of the River Mersey.
