Peel Group has completed six new deals in Merseyside
Peel Properties has signed six new tenants to its industrial portfolio across Merseyside.
Sefton Hire Ltd, Ashstead Plant Hire, Banners by Hand, Ravena Ltd, SC Chambers, and Miss Image UK have taken a combined total of 10,700 square feet of space at the different Peel sites.
Peel Groups Merseyside portfolio consists of six industrial estates, comprised of Woodside Business Park, Tower Quays, Uveco, Britannia House, West Float in Birkenhead, and the King Edward Industrial Estate in Liverpool.
Liza Marco, asset manager for the portfolio, said:
